- • The Coding & OASIS Reviewer (PRN) role at NTST, Inc. is responsible for reviewing OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding for home health and hospice agencies to ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and appropriate reimbursement, directly supporting quality outcomes in post-acute care.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing OASIS assessments and documenting recommended changes in approved systems, reviewing ICD-10 coding and sequencing from patient chart documentation, completing documentation of results review to ensure timely and accurate workflow processes, documenting reasons for changes and recommended reimbursement impact, and consistently meeting chart equivalent targets and quality metrics.
- • NTST, Inc. (operating as Netsmart) is a healthcare software company with over 50 years of experience developing technology and providing services in behavioral health, human services, and post-acute markets, collaborating with organizations across the care spectrum to anticipate challenges and advance technology beyond the EHR.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or OASIS review work
- • HCS-D certification
- • HCS-O or COS-C certification
- • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
