Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a Collections Specialist on Sprout Social’s Finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial health by ensuring timely payment of past due invoices and supporting accurate cash application processes. Your work directly contributes to Sprout’s ability to scale with integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
• • Day to day, you will coordinate collection efforts for overdue invoices, partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes, escalate complex issues to Collections Management, complete vendor setups in billing portals, support daily cash application, maintain accurate records and reporting, and provide regular updates on collections performance and account health.
