📋 Description

• As a College Sports Systems Technician with Hawk-Eye, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless technology operations during live games across various sports (Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, and Softball).
• Join our Hawk-Eye team and make your mark by delivering top-notch technology services at live games.
• We will equip you with comprehensive technical training and support so you can handle day-to-day tasks with ease, while also providing opportunities to grow and advance in your career.
• System Quality Control: Ensure the quality of replay systems for all contracted sports.
• Pre-Match Readiness: Conduct pre-match checks of systems to ensure smooth operation prior to the start of every game.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with system operators, officials, Birmingham staff, school production staff, and broadcasters both on-site and remotely.
• Live Game Monitoring: Monitor and maintain technology during games to ensure optimal performance when it matters most.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain hardware and equipment throughout the season, with possible off-season work for ongoing maintenance.
• Installation & Deployment: Assist with the installation and testing of new products and services on-site.
• During the Season (August – May), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment.
• Off-Season (May – August), you will be responsible for completing recertification of systems, communicating any issues to the Birmingham staff, and preparing for the next season.
