- • As a Commerce Media Senior Specialist at Tinuiti, you will be at the forefront of executing and optimizing sophisticated marketing campaigns within the dynamic commerce media ecosystem, with a primary focus on Amazon DSP and other retail media platforms.
- • You will leverage your developing expertise to drive tangible client success, meticulously managing campaigns, tracking performance against key metrics, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal teams to ensure holistic campaign effectiveness.
- • Your core responsibility will be to build, drive, and optimize successful Amazon and Retail Media DSP marketing campaigns, specializing in channels such as DSP, Search on Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo, with the ultimate goal of meeting and exceeding client objectives, measured by critical performance indicators like conversion rates and Return on Investment (ROI).
- • You will be instrumental in fostering strong, lasting rapport with clients through consistent weekly interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings when necessary, aiming to achieve a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and a Client Retention rate of 95% or higher.
- • A key aspect of your role involves integrating Tinuiti’s proprietary product and technology suite into campaign activations, ensuring these tools are leveraged effectively to achieve key client metrics and channel-specific success.
- • You are expected to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant commerce media platforms pertinent to your book of business, proactively educating clients on platform updates, new features, and their associated benefits.
- • Maintaining annual certifications for key commerce media platforms is essential, ensuring your expertise remains current and compliant with industry standards.
- • You will be tasked with analyzing complex campaign data to extract actionable insights that directly support optimization efforts, utilizing various analytics tools to meticulously track performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- • A crucial part of your contribution will be communicating the holistic strategy behind your clients’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by interpreting trends and leveraging cross-channel data and insights within your purview.
- • You will proactively assess and diagnose opportunities for improvement across client accounts, implementing strategic changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets.
- • Identifying new marketing opportunities and creatively repurposing existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across diverse commerce media platforms will be a significant part of your role.
