- • As a Commerce Media Strategist at Tinuiti, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and accountability for our clients within the dynamic and ever-evolving commerce media landscape. This role is pivotal in developing and executing sophisticated, omnichannel strategies that leverage the power of platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and other leading retail media networks. You will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns designed to meet and exceed ambitious client goals, with a keen focus on measurable success and client satisfaction.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow client accounts by developing and implementing high-impact search campaigns across key commerce media platforms. This involves a deep understanding of how to translate client objectives into actionable strategies that drive conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and overall sales volume. You will be expected to foster robust, long-term working relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring clear and effective communication through various channels, including virtual, asynchronous, and in-person interactions. The aim is to consistently achieve high Client Satisfaction scores and maintain exceptional Client Retention rates.
- • A core aspect of this role is the development of sophisticated, impactful omnichannel commerce media strategies. You will need to tailor these strategies to the unique goals, challenges, and market positions of each client, ensuring sustainable achievement of growth, retention, and profitability targets. This requires a proactive approach to identifying new marketing opportunities and creatively repurposing existing strategies to enhance brand awareness and significantly boost sales volume across the diverse spectrum of commerce media platforms.
- • You will play a crucial role in integrating Tinuiti’s proprietary product and technology suite, such as Bliss Point, into channel activations. The focus here is on leveraging these tools to drive scalability, accelerate growth, and enhance operational efficiency. Success will be measured by the tangible achievement of key client metrics and channel-specific success indicators, demonstrating the value and impact of our technological offerings.
- • A strong data-driven mindset is essential. You will be tasked with analyzing cross-channel data and insights to interpret market trends, identify performance drivers, and make strategic recommendations. This analytical rigor must ensure alignment with clients’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a comprehensive understanding of the broader commerce media landscape. Achieving Same Store Growth targets for managed clients will be a key performance indicator, driven by data analytics and continuous campaign optimization.
- • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms is non-negotiable. You will be expected to stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and emerging best practices, proactively educating clients and internal colleagues on their benefits and strategic applications. This includes maintaining annual certifications for relevant commerce media platforms to ensure ongoing expertise and compliance.
- • You will be a thought leader within your vertical and channel, contributing to the advancement of agency best practices and sharing innovative insights both internally and externally. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with other channel specialists to share knowledge, foster a multi-channel approach to client strategies, and ensure a cohesive client experience. Effective delegation across commerce team members will be crucial for the successful execution of strategies.
- • An owner’s mindset is paramount. You will proactively assess and diagnose omnichannel opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets. This involves a commitment to continuous improvement through experimentation with new strategies and tools, contributing to a culture of innovation. Effective prioritization and time management across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives will ensure the timely delivery of strategic objectives. Ultimately, you will take full ownership of your assigned accounts, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, and consistently monitoring performance to guarantee accounts are running optimally and achieving desired outcomes.
