  • • A key performance indicator for your success will be achieving and maintaining high Client Satisfaction scores (aiming for 9 or above) and Client Retention rates (targeting 95% or above), demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional value and service.
  • • You will be tasked with crafting impactful, data-driven omnichannel commerce media strategies that are not only aligned with client goals but also designed for sustainable growth, enhanced customer retention, and improved profitability.

  • • You will play a pivotal role in integrating Tinuiti’s proprietary product and technology suite, including the Bliss Point platform, into client campaign activations, with a strong emphasis on enhancing scalability, driving aggressive growth, and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • • The effectiveness of this integration will be assessed through the achievement of key client metrics and platform-specific success benchmarks.
  • • A deep understanding and practical application of Tinuiti's product app suite will be essential, utilizing these tools in your daily workflow, confidently answering client inquiries, providing constructive feedback for improvements, and leveraging the app as a primary communication and reporting channel.
  • • You will be expected to analyze complex cross-channel data sets and derive actionable insights to interpret market trends, inform strategic recommendations, and ensure unwavering alignment with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the broader competitive commerce media landscape.
  • • A significant objective will be to achieve Same Store Growth targets for your assigned clients, employing advanced data analytics to guide decision-making and continuously optimize campaign performance for maximum impact.
  • • Maintaining an expert-level command of relevant commerce media platforms, including Amazon Search and DSP, is paramount. This includes proactively educating clients and internal teams on platform updates, new features, and their strategic benefits.
  • • You will be required to maintain current annual certifications for applicable commerce media platforms relevant to your client portfolio, ensuring your expertise remains sharp and compliant with industry standards.
  • • Demonstrating innovative thought leadership within your specialized vertical or channel, as well as the broader commerce media space, is highly encouraged, contributing to the advancement of agency best practices and sharing valuable insights both internally and externally.
