- • As a Commerce Media Strategist, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and optimizing marketing campaigns within the dynamic and rapidly evolving commerce media ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sophisticated omnichannel strategies that are meticulously tailored to each client’s unique objectives, ensuring not only measurable success but also exceptional client satisfaction.
- • You will be responsible for building, driving, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns across a variety of key Retail Media Channels. This includes, but is not limited to, platforms like Amazon DSP, Search on Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo. Your success will be measured by key campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates and Return on Investment (ROI), directly impacting client profitability and growth.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves fostering and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with top-tier clients. This will be achieved through effective and consistent communication across virtual, asynchronous, and in-person interactions. The goal is to consistently achieve a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and a Client Retention rate of 95% or above, demonstrating your ability to be a trusted advisor.
- • You will conceptualize and develop sophisticated, impactful omnichannel commerce media strategies. These strategies must be precisely tailored to each client’s unique goals and specific challenges, ensuring the sustainable achievement of growth, retention, and profitability targets. This requires a deep understanding of the client's business and the broader market landscape.
- • A key responsibility is to proactively identify new marketing opportunities and strategically repurpose existing strategies. The aim is to optimize brand awareness and significantly drive sales volume across various commerce media platforms. Success in this area will be tracked by demonstrable growth in sales volume and enhanced brand visibility for your clients.
- • You will be instrumental in integrating Tinuiti’s proprietary product and technology suite into all channel activations. This integration should focus on enhancing scalability, driving growth, and improving overall efficiency. Success will be measured by the achievement of key client metrics and platform-specific success indicators.
- • Demonstrating fluency in Tinuiti's product app suite is essential. You will be expected to utilize this tool suite in your day-to-day work, confidently answer client questions using the app, provide valuable feedback for improvement, and leverage the app as a primary method for client communications, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
- • You will be tasked with analyzing complex cross-channel data and deriving actionable insights to interpret market trends and formulate strategic recommendations. This analysis must ensure strict alignment with clients’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the broader dynamics of the commerce media landscape.
- • Achieving Same Store Growth targets for the clients you manage or support is a core objective. This will be accomplished by leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuously optimize campaign performance for maximum impact.
- • Maintaining an expert-level knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms is crucial. You will be expected to proactively educate clients and internal colleagues on platform updates, new features, and their associated benefits, positioning Tinuiti as a thought leader.
- • You must maintain annual certifications for relevant commerce media platforms applicable to your assigned book of business. This ensures your expertise remains current and compliant with industry standards.
- • Exemplify innovative thought leadership within your specific vertical or channel and the broader commerce media landscape. This involves advancing agency best practices and contributing valuable insights both internally and externally through presentations, articles, or other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- • Collaborate effectively with other channel specialists within Tinuiti to share knowledge, insights, and best practices. This fosters a cohesive, multi-channel approach to client strategies, which will be tracked through collaboration metrics and knowledge-sharing outcomes.
- • You will be expected to effectively delegate tasks across commerce team members to ensure the efficient and successful execution of strategies, fostering a team-oriented approach to client success.
- • Proactively assess and diagnose omnichannel opportunities for improvement within client accounts. You will be responsible for implementing necessary changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets, with outcomes rigorously tracked by performance metrics and client results.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively experimenting with new strategies, tools, and methodologies. This will be measured by the successful implementation of innovative solutions and positive client feedback.
- • Effectively prioritize and manage your time across multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all strategic objectives and deliverables.
