- • As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our new business growth at scale. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and solidifying EasyLlama's position as the industry leader. You will be entrusted with the full sales cycle, from meticulously generating pipeline to successfully closing deals.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to leverage consultative selling techniques, influence key decision-makers, and adeptly navigate complex, multi-layered buying processes within enterprise-level organizations. This requires a high degree of organizational discipline, exceptional storytelling capabilities, persuasive communication, and the resilience to thrive amidst ambiguity and complexity.

- • **Lead Management & Pipeline Generation:**
- • **Inbound Strategy:** You will be responsible for efficiently managing inbound lead flow, converting promising opportunities into qualified sales pipeline. This involves proactively multithreading by identifying and engaging additional contacts within target accounts to ensure comprehensive buy-in from the outset.
- • **Outbound Strategy:** Develop and execute a strategic target account plan to identify and penetrate ideal customer profiles. Utilize firmographic data, intent signals, and key persona research to pinpoint high-potential prospects. Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences that resonate with each prospect's specific industry, pain points, and strategic priorities. Employ consistent follow-up, leverage warm introductions, share valuable thought leadership content, and strategically align with executive sponsors to open doors and build sustained momentum.
- • **Discovery & Consultative Selling:**
- • Lead in-depth discovery calls to thoroughly understand prospective clients' business objectives, critical compliance needs, and pressing pain points. Articulate EasyLlama's unique value proposition by aligning our solutions directly with customer goals, drawing upon deep industry expertise and competitive intelligence.
- • Cultivate trust and credibility through highly tailored conversations, adeptly handling objections, and ensuring precise solution alignment with client requirements.
- • **Solution Design & Presentation:**
- • Deliver compelling and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization, from end-users to C-suite executives.
- • Develop customized proposals that clearly articulate the return on investment (ROI), tangible compliance impact, and long-term strategic value of EasyLlama's offerings.
- • Effectively leverage case studies, customer success stories, and data-driven insights to reinforce relevance, build urgency, and demonstrate proven outcomes.
- • **Deal Strategy & Stakeholder Management:**
- • Develop and meticulously manage strategic close plans for complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, intricate negotiations, and thorough legal reviews.
- • Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with key champions and executive sponsors to accelerate deal momentum and effectively influence buying committees.
- • Proactively engage internal subject matter experts and leadership as needed to facilitate deal progression and overcome obstacles.
- • **Pipeline Management & Forecasting:**
- • Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and provide highly accurate forecasts utilizing our CRM system. Maintain transparent and timely deal updates for sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
- • Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicator (KPI) benchmarks, including weekly self-sourced pipeline activity, inbound lead conversion rates, pipeline growth and velocity, and win rates leading to revenue attainment.
- • **Collaboration & Feedback Loops:**
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and enablement teams to refine messaging, enhance go-to-market strategies, and improve product-market fit based on real-world customer interactions.
- • Actively share valuable feedback from the field to inform product roadmap development and strategic positioning.
- • **Brand Representation & Thought Leadership:**
- • Periodically represent EasyLlama at industry events, conferences, and webinars, enhancing our brand visibility and thought leadership.
- • Cultivate your personal brand and professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn to influence potential buyers and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
