  • • As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how SimpleClosure can provide the ideal solution. You will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding potential customers through the sales cycle. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help businesses navigate one of their most challenging transitions.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of sales activities critical to our growth. You will actively participate in identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective customers who are facing business closures. This involves understanding their specific circumstances and determining how our services can best meet their needs. You will work closely with the broader sales team, supporting the management of the sales pipeline and diligently tracking key performance metrics to ensure we are on track to meet our ambitious goals.
  • • A core part of your role will involve conducting compelling product demonstrations and thoroughly educating potential clients on the value and benefits of SimpleClosure's solutions. You will be adept at articulating complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients understand how our platform can simplify their closure process. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting deal progression by diligently managing follow-ups, defining and communicating next steps, and effectively addressing any customer questions or concerns that may arise.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance conversion rates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects into the sales pipeline. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within our CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is essential for tracking progress and informing future strategies. Your insights will be invaluable; you will be responsible for gathering and reporting customer feedback to help refine our sales approaches and contribute to product development, ensuring we continuously improve our offerings.
