- • As a Commercial Account Executive at UiPath, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the enterprise automation market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how the world works through intelligent automation.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients in Chile and beyond, from territory assessment and strategic planning to solution presentation, negotiation, and post-sale collaboration with Customer Success to ensure long-term value realization and customer satisfaction.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and digital transformation leaders, educating them on how UiPath’s platform delivers financial and operational benefits by freeing employees from repetitive tasks to focus on higher-value, critical thinking work.
- • You will build and nurture strategic relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to expand pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and ensure successful implementations that align with customer business objectives.
- • You will continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging product trends to refine your sales approach and tailor solutions to evolving customer needs, ensuring UiPath remains the preferred automation partner.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to share insights, refine messaging, and drive best practices that elevate the entire sales organization’s effectiveness.
- • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, value-based selling, and account-based marketing while mastering the nuances of selling complex automation solutions to large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- • You will grow your professional network within Chile’s enterprise ecosystem, positioning yourself as a go-to expert in intelligent automation and contributing to UiPath’s market leadership in the region.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of solution or value-based selling experience in enterprise technology or automation solutions
- • 3+ years of proven success selling to enterprise accounts, with specific experience in the Chilean market
- • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- • Demonstrated ability to hunt, land, and grow net new logos with consistent quota attainment year-over-year
- • Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally, to drive complex sales cycles
- • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for C-suite audiences
