We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Commercial Account Executive to play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the go-to-market strategy for LiveFlow’s groundbreaking AI ERP product.   • • As one of the very first sellers on a brand-new product, you will be operating in a true 0 → 1 environment. This is not a typical, scaled Account Executive role. Instead, you will have the chance to build from the ground up, working intimately with the founders, product, and engineering teams. Your contributions will be instrumental in defining the product's messaging, identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and transforming early learnings into a repeatable and scalable sales motion. If you are someone who thrives in ambiguity, relishes the challenge of building something new, and desires genuine ownership over how a product enters the market, this role is tailor-made for you.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle for LiveFlow’s AI ERP, from the initial outreach and discovery conversations all the way through to closing deals. This will involve actively participating in defining the ICP, buyer personas, overall product positioning, and the core messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will conduct early discovery calls with prospective clients, dedicating yourself to deeply understanding their unique pain points, existing workflows, and financial challenges.
  • • A significant part of this role will involve experimentation. You will have the opportunity to test and refine pricing strategies, explore different deal structures, and iterate on the sales motion for deals typically ranging from $30,000 to $60,000. Your direct interactions with customers will provide invaluable insights, and you will work closely with the founders and product team to influence the product roadmap, ensuring that customer feedback is directly incorporated into future development. This collaborative approach is key to shaping a product that truly meets market needs.
  • • You will be tasked with bringing order to the initial stages of our sales process. This means meticulously documenting your learnings, identifying best practices, and actively contributing to the development of an early, yet effective, sales process. A critical objective is to close our first lighthouse customers, establishing credibility and building crucial momentum for the broader product launch. Your success in these early stages will lay the foundation for LiveFlow's future growth and market penetration.
  • • This role demands a proactive, curious, and adaptable individual. You should be comfortable selling a product that is in a state of continuous evolution, embracing the dynamic nature of early-stage product development. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and maintain a strong growth mindset will be essential. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, moves with speed, and prioritizes learning through practical application. Ultimately, you should be excited by the prospect of defining how a product is sold, rather than simply executing a pre-existing playbook.
