- • As a Commercial Account Executive at Workato, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across the Nordics region, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence in a high-growth enterprise automation leader.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound and community-driven prospecting, managing full sales cycles from lead to close, building and nurturing long-term relationships with channel partners and VARs, owning customer relationships post-sale, and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales expertise, sharpen your strategic account planning and negotiation skills, gain deep exposure to cutting-edge integration and automation technology, and have the autonomy to shape your own sales strategy while contributing meaningfully to Workato’s rapid expansion in the Nordics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology solutions
- • Demonstrated success in outbound and community-driven prospecting within the technology sector
- • Experience managing and growing relationships with business partners and VAR (Value-Added Reseller) ecosystem
- • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales prospecting and CRM tools
- • Native fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and professional proficiency in English
- • Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden
