- • Initiate direct outreach to dentists’ offices to identify and convert prospects into paying customers.
- • Serve as a key contributor to the strategic direction and scaling of Dandy’s growing sales team.
- • Track all sales activities, pipeline progression, and customer interactions using Salesforce with precision and consistency.
- • Exceed individual and team sales goals by consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets and KPIs.
- • Become a domain expert in the dental industry, understanding pain points, workflows, and decision-making processes of dental practices.
- • Master and articulate the Dandy value proposition to clearly demonstrate how the platform modernizes dental office operations.
- • Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to align daily activities with high-level business objectives and growth metrics.
- • Leverage cross-functional support from enablement, marketing, and SDR/BDR teams to efficiently move prospects through the sales funnel.
- • Operate with autonomy in a high-growth startup environment, thriving under ambiguity and limited resources while maintaining a structured approach.
- • Participate in rigorous sales training programs to continuously improve techniques, industry knowledge, and product mastery.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience with 1+ years in a full sales cycle closing role
- • Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment
- • Highly skilled in Salesforce or related CRM platforms
