  • • As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the entire sales cycle, from the very first point of contact through to the successful closing of deals. This involves a strong emphasis on meticulous follow-up and consistent follow-through to ensure every prospect and customer receives dedicated attention and support. A core part of your daily responsibilities will be to proactively build and nurture robust relationships with potential clients and existing customers. This requires a deep dive into understanding their unique business challenges, specific needs, and strategic objectives, enabling you to effectively articulate how LangChain's cutting-edge products can provide tangible solutions and drive significant value for their organizations. You will also be responsible for strategically prospecting into a diverse range of accounts, including Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB), mid-market companies, and smaller enterprise clients, identifying key opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • • You will be joining a dynamic and rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) team, working collaboratively to expand LangChain's market presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a high-impact environment, where you will have the chance to collaborate closely with seasoned professionals across sales, engineering, and customer success. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • • 1+ year of experience in a closing role for SMB, commercial, and mid-market accounts
  • • Strong track record of sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound deals
  • • Execution mindset: you excel in fast-paced environments and move with urgency
  • • Curious and solution-oriented: you’re always finding ways to level-up your understanding of technology, your customer’s business, and your craft
  • • Self-starter and resourceful; you find ways to solve problems and move things forward
