- • As a Commercial Account Executive at Wheelhouse, you will drive the company’s expansion across Europe by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts in the short-term rental industry, directly contributing to revenue growth and market penetration in a high-growth SaaS startup.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting, managing a pipeline of 50–100 active leads, delivering consultative product demonstrations, closing deals from initial outreach to closed-won, and providing frontline feedback to shape regional strategy while collaborating across time zones with US and EU teams.
- • Wheelhouse is a remote-first, fast-growing fintech startup serving the $500B+ flex rental market, founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built multiple companies and are backed by top-tier investors, offering a unique opportunity to join a founding team in EMEA and help define the go-to-market motion.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales, revenue management software, and the short-term rental industry, while building a scalable sales process, earning uncapped commission potential, and growing into a leadership position as the team expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of quota-carrying outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- • Strong communication skills, including effective objection handling, active listening, and clear presentation abilities
- • Comfort with cold calling, email sequencing, and creative prospecting techniques to generate and nurture leads
- • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly, along with CRM/reporting proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Gong)
- • Fluency in English and ability to work primarily during UK/CET business hours while based in Europe
