- • Manage and optimize a commercial content ecosystem used across Sales, Sales Operations, Proposals, and Marketing teams to support both human and AI-assisted workflows including Claude and Gemini.
- • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all commercial content used in client proposals, sales collateral, and marketing materials aligned with Vida’s evidence-based obesity care model.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Analytics teams to gather, organize, and structure qualitative and quantitative data for benchmarking, proposal development, and sales enablement.
- • Maintain and update content libraries to reflect current clinical guidelines, payer policies, and corporate messaging while ensuring alignment with Vida’s whole-person care philosophy.
- • Streamline content workflows to improve efficiency in proposal generation, reducing manual effort and increasing response speed to RFPs and client inquiries.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related queries from Sales and Marketing, providing guidance on appropriate content usage, version control, and brand compliance.
- • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-assisted content tools, identifying opportunities to enhance output quality, reduce errors, and improve alignment with clinical and commercial objectives.
- • Document and standardize content governance policies, including approval workflows, versioning protocols, and access controls for internal stakeholders.
- • Support the sales cycle by ensuring all client-facing materials reflect Vida’s value proposition, clinical credibility, and technology-enabled care model.
- • Translate complex clinical and operational data into clear, compelling commercial narratives that resonate with Fortune 100 employers, national payers, and large healthcare providers.
- • Conduct regular audits of commercial content to identify outdated, redundant, or non-compliant materials and coordinate remediation with legal and compliance teams.
- • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to incorporate user feedback and performance metrics into content improvements, ensuring continuous optimization of the ecosystem.
- • Train Sales and Marketing teams on proper use of the commercial content ecosystem and AI tools, including best practices for prompting, editing, and validating AI-generated outputs.
- • Maintain a centralized repository of approved content assets with clear metadata tagging for easy retrieval, filtering, and reuse across departments.
- • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and AI advancements to ensure all commercial content remains current, compliant, and competitive.
