- • We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's growing team and support their preconstruction and bidding efforts.
- • This role is ideal for someone with dedicated estimating experience who can independently prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals for a variety of construction projects.
- • You will work directly within the client's established systems and workflows, supporting the estimating pipeline and ensuring high-quality, timely bid submissions.
- • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- • Responsibilities include preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects, developing competitive bids and client proposals, reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements, analyzing labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment costs, identifying potential risks, exclusions, and scope gaps during the estimating process, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all estimates and bid submissions, working within the client's existing systems and workflows to support project delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements and bid strategies, managing multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines, and supporting the company's overall preconstruction and business development efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of dedicated construction estimating experience.
- • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction-related background preferred.
- • Experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
