Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• • As Jump Technologies Inc.'s first in-house attorney, you will own the contract function, support privacy compliance infrastructure, and serve as a trusted legal partner to product and go-to-market teams in a high-impact, high-autonomy role building the legal function from scratch at a fast-growing AI company.
• • Day to day, you will own all commercial agreements including SaaS MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, and NDAs; build legal ops infrastructure such as templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and self-serve tools; lead privacy and data compliance efforts around GDPR, CCPA, financial services data requirements, and AI governance; serve as product counsel on AI-related legal questions, acceptable use, and regulatory positioning; and develop deep knowledge of the regulatory environment faced by financial advisors, broker-dealers, insurance professionals, and banking institutions.
