- • As the second lawyer and first member of the legal team reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Andromeda Technologies Inc.'s legal function while directly supporting the company's mission to democratize AI infrastructure access.
- • You will own commercial work by drafting, negotiating, and closing revenue-critical agreements, building and refining legal templates and AI-enabled tooling, supporting corporate governance and compliance matters, and partnering across sales, finance, product, and operations to enable business velocity while managing risk.
- • Andromeda Technologies Inc. is a fast-growing AI infrastructure company founded by Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross, dedicated to building the liquidity layer for global AI compute by making scaled AI infrastructure accessible to startups and enterprises through a global platform that routes training and inference jobs across diverse supply.
- • In this role, you will gain broad exposure to the full spectrum of in-house legal work, develop judgment in high-stakes, fast-moving environments, help build modern legal operations from first principles, and grow into a generalist counsel with real impact on the company’s growth and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- • 3–5 years of legal experience, including training at a top-tier law firm
- • Foundation in commercial contracts and corporate matters, or the ability to develop one quickly
- • Business-minded orientation with excellent judgment and comfort making decisions with imperfect information
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base salary: $210K - $235K
- • Annual target bonus: $15K - $40K
