📋 Description

• COMMERCIAL FENCE ESTIMATOR
• Location: Remote (LATAM)
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | U.S. Central Time (CST)
• Salary: $1,500-$2,000 USD per month (Depending on Experience)
• ABOUT THE COMPANY
• Our client is a U.S.-based commercial fencing contractor serving a wide range of commercial construction projects.
• ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Fence Estimator with experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
• The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Bluebeam, experienced in reading civil and landscape plan sets, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform accurate material takeoffs from civil and landscape plan sets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify fencing scopes.
• Mark up plans using Bluebeam for estimating and project review.
• Prepare estimates using company pricing and estimating systems.
• Compile estimating data into TRUE estimating software or similar platforms.
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and other pre-construction documentation for awarded projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain organized estimating files and meet project deadlines.
• QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil and landscape plans.
• Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work full-time during U.S. Central Time.
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Commercial fencing estimating
• Civil construction estimating
• Landscape construction estimating
• Experience with TRUE estimating software or similar platforms
• Experience preparing RFIs and project submittals
