- • As a key member of the Finance team, the US Surgical Commercial Finance Director plays a critical role at the intersection of sales and finance, driving revenue achievement, financial analysis, and operational efficiency to support the sales organization.
- • The role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with financial goals, developing and maintaining sales dashboards and reports, and acting as the primary finance contact for agent sales agreements and conversion opportunities.

- • The individual will lead cross-functional projects impacting sales finance processes and systems, provide strategic recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making by sales leadership, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations while gaining deep expertise in MedTech sales finance and influencing senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales finance, or financial analysis in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous experience in Orthopedics or MedTech highly preferred.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- • Expertise with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
- • Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership effectively.
