  • • This is a pivotal role for a strategic and operationally-minded Commercial Finance Operations Lead to spearhead and champion large-scale commercial transformation initiatives within our dynamic Audience Measurement business. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our commercial operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of critical programs.
  • • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these programs, from initial ideation and strategic planning through meticulous management, rigorous tracking, and successful launch. This encompasses a broad spectrum of activities, including defining program scope, setting objectives, identifying key milestones, and managing resources to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve deep engagement with the Global Deal Desk and the broader Commercial Finance organization. You will be the driving force behind process architecture, ensuring our operational frameworks are robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs and policies.
  • • You will be responsible for scoping tooling requirements, collaborating with technical teams to define the functionalities and specifications needed to support our commercial processes. This includes identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement through technology.
  • • Furthermore, you will provide crucial support in the design and development of essential assets, such as enablement hubs, fallback libraries, and deal approval tooling. These resources are vital for empowering our teams and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • • A key focus will be on driving effective change management across the field organization. This involves developing and executing comprehensive communication plans, creating engaging enablement content, and designing and delivering impactful training modules to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • • You will also play a critical role in defining and refining the rhythm of the business (ROB) and planning efforts for the Commercial Finance organization. This includes contributing to organizational planning, drafting key documentation for business reviews (e.g., 2x2s, MBRs, QBRs), and establishing robust telemetry and analytics to provide visibility and insights into commercial performance.
  • • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization will be a daily occurrence. You will need to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and proactively manage potential conflicts and program escalations across various channels to ensure alignment and forward momentum.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to owning the program management portfolio for both the Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance functions. This involves not just managing individual programs but also strategically prioritizing the overall portfolio to maximize business impact and resource allocation.
  • • You will be the architect of new processes, ensuring they are designed in accordance with updated Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance policies. This includes detailed process design, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), facilitating field training, and securing leadership sign-off.
  • • Driving observability across these critical commercial spaces is paramount. You will be responsible for scaling telemetry and analytics to provide clear insights into operational efficiency, deal velocity, and overall commercial health.
  • • Key deliverables will include a fully managed program portfolio, with clear prioritization, tracking, and successful launch and post-launch support for all key initiatives. You will also be responsible for the successful launch of core assets, including enablement hubs, fallback libraries, and deal approval tooling, ensuring they are accessible and utilized effectively.
  • • The successful implementation of new processes across deal-related initiatives, encompassing process architecture, tooling business requirements, enablement, and comprehensive change management, will be a testament to your impact.
  • • Ultimately, you will be a key enabler of commercial success, ensuring our teams have the processes, tools, and knowledge to operate efficiently and effectively, driving growth and profitability for the Audience Measurement business.
