- • Perform complex data analysis for Commercial Claims aligned to business and portfolio objectives
- • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights
- • Conduct analyses including root cause, cost benefit, performance tracking, forecasting, and exploration with a strong focus on generating actionable insights
- • Identify and interpret trends, risks, and opportunities impacting client and portfolio performance
- • Formulate data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, loss outcomes, and business strategy
- • Collaborate with partners across Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology to define problems and deliver solutions
- • Communicate insights, conclusions, and recommended actions effectively to senior leadership
- • Build strong relationships to support adoption and execution of analytical insights
- • Contribute to building and enhancing data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytical standards
- • Help establish consistent metric definitions, governance, and scalable analytics practices
- • Support the development of AI-enabled and automated analytics capabilities
- • Leverage industry data and knowledge to evaluate results in relation to industry benchmarks
- • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior analysts
- • Contribute to team success by fostering a collaborative, curious, and high-performing culture
- • Travel as needed for role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings
- • Fulfill business needs which may include investing extra time and helping other teams
- • Work in a remote-first environment with flexibility to work from home across eligible U.S. states

- • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
- • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing, and mathematical skills
- • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, Power BI, Tableau, and structured analysis techniques
- • Knowledge of insurance, accounting, and rate-making concepts
- • Demonstrated ability to make effective formal presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly
