- • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment.
- • Service equipment including refrigeration, cooking, and ware-washing systems.
- • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- • Communicate with manufacturers for technical support and parts identification.
- • Install replacement parts and complete repairs efficiently.
- • Complete service documentation including work orders and inventory tracking.
- • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and tool inventory.
- • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- • Identify and recommend preventative maintenance or additional services.

- • 3+ year of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen equipment.
- • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
