📋 Description
- • Manage and service an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts with a primary focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing timely, accurate, and professional support for policy servicing needs including renewals, endorsements, audits, certificates, and coverage adjustments.
- • Review commercial insurance policies and renewal terms to identify coverage gaps, risk exposures, and opportunities for improved protection.
- • Collaborate with producers and carrier partners to market, quote, and place new and renewal business aligned with client risk profiles and market conditions.
- • Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims coordination, and policy-related questions to ensure seamless service experiences.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within agency management systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- • Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetite, underwriting guidelines, and market dynamics specific to Oil & Gas risk exposure.
- • Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities to enhance client protection and drive agency growth.
- • Build and sustain strong client relationships through a consultative, proactive approach to account management.
- • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to deliver strategic coverage solutions tailored to complex commercial operations.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client retention.
- • Apply knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, policy forms, and risk exposures unique to Oil & Gas operations to guide client decisions.
- • Leverage experience with Construction, Agriculture/Farm, or other complex commercial accounts to enhance service delivery and risk assessment.
- • Work primarily during Mountain Time business hours to align with team and client availability.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office products and agency management systems to perform daily account management tasks efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience, preferably servicing Oil & Gas accounts
- • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy forms, and risk exposures within the Oil & Gas industry
- • Active Property & Casualty License
- • Experience working with Construction, Agriculture/Farm, or other complex commercial accounts is highly valued
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
