📋 Description
- • Manage an assigned book of business in commercial lines insurance, ensuring account retention and supporting new business while providing service support to other IOA account teams and new producers during their first 3-6 months.
- • Handle day-to-day administrative and customer service activities including policy administration, billing, claims, coverage analysis, renewals, accounts receivable, and system maintenance across agency management and carrier/vendor platforms.
- • Direct daily activities of the account management team, maintain technical competence and industry expertise, and ensure timely completion of tasks through activity monitoring and transparent communication.
- • Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs, resolving complex issues, staying updated on company policies, and championing IOA values of integrity and leadership while contributing to continuous improvement and team performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of account management experience
- • Active P&C license
- • Construction/contractor experience
- • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
