- • The Summer 2026 INTERN Process Documentation and Support Specialist role at Iron Mountain supports the North America Operations team by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of critical process documentation across global operations.
- • Day to day, the intern will drive documentation excellence by creating, formatting, and converting complex documents between Microsoft Office and Google Suite, maintaining brand standards, managing document lifecycle, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to streamline workflows and reduce redundancy.
- • The intern will join a global team of over 26,000 colleagues across 60 countries within a company that provides sustainable solutions in records management, digital transformation, data centers, and fine art logistics, serving 225,000 customers worldwide.
- • In this role, the intern will develop advanced technical proficiency in Google Suite, sharpen analytical and organizational skills, gain experience in change management and process optimization, and explore AI integration in documentation—building a foundation for careers in operations, process improvement, or information management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently a rising junior or rising senior (Class of 2027 or 2028)
- • Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) with ability to translate complex formatting across platforms
- • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in proofreading, document version control, and folder hierarchy management
