📋 Description

• • Support Specialist role focused on ensuring end-to-end technical delivery of best-in-class experiences across local news digital platforms for Fox Television Stations, supporting 17 U.S. markets and digital properties.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include being a subject matter expert on core systems (CMS, VMS, live scheduler, AI tools), monitoring dashboards to prevent issues, supporting User Acceptance Testing, partnering with market teams to resolve technical issues, bridging technical and stakeholder communication, collecting user feedback for product roadmap, providing after-hours on-call support, leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, developing SOPs and training materials, and driving continuous improvement in digital operations.
• • Fox Television Stations owns and operates 29 full-power broadcast television stations across the U.S., including affiliations in top DMAs like New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, producing approximately 1,200 hours of local news weekly and leveraging viewer demand for FOX Network content.
