- • The Site Fulfillment Operations Leader at Curriculum Associates leads all operational aspects of the company’s second warehouse location in the Midwest, overseeing facility buildout, startup, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure seamless order fulfillment and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, and distribution; monitoring KPIs such as productivity, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and safety; building and scaling the workforce through hiring, training, and performance management; and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- • The role involves close partnership with the Warehouse Expansion Project Lead, third-party PMO, Transportation, Order Management, and Supply Chain teams, as well as regular reporting to the VP Service Operations to align operations across the distribution network.

- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience launching a new distribution center, leading multi-site operations, implementing warehouse management systems and automation, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- • You will develop leadership expertise in workforce scaling, safety culture development, operational readiness, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the company’s goal of delivering reliable, high-quality educational materials at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 8–10+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing full-site warehouse operations
- • Experience overseeing facilities of comparable size, volume, and workforce complexity
- • Experience participating in or leading WMS, automation, or material handling system implementations during facility startup or expansion
- • Demonstrated success in multi-site organizational structures
