  • • The Insurance Broker Assistant (AU) role supports brokers in delivering seamless policy administration, claims coordination, and compliance management, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence across all systems and documentation.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting brokers with insurance quotes, processing new business, renewals, and endorsements; managing and organizing policy documentation and compliance records; coordinating with insurers and underwriters on claims; maintaining accurate records in CRM and broking systems (e.g., Insight, WinBEAT); monitoring compliance tasks; supporting process improvement initiatives; and providing professional support to internal teams and clients.
  • • TwoConnect LLC is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on people-first values, offering remote work opportunities with leading clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a broker’s assistant is essential.
  • • Working knowledge of the full range of business insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry platforms.
  • • Experience working with Australian insurance compliance standards and broking systems.
  • • Excellent organisational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring absolute accuracy in all data handling, documentation, and compliance records.
  • • Proactive communicator with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • • Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain it is preferred.
