• • The Commercial Lines Select Account Manager plays a vital role on the Commercial Lines Service team, partnering with Account Executives to design, support, and execute tailored insurance solutions for mid-market commercial clients, driving client success and business growth.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing renewals by preparing submissions, exposure summaries, proposals, and binding documentation; supporting risk placement through loss exhibits and loss runs; coordinating certificates and proofs of insurance; maintaining accurate records in agency management systems; and ensuring quality control of insurance program documentation.
• • The team operates within Risk Strategies Company, the 9th largest privately held US brokerage firm, offering comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions across property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, consulting, and financial & wealth solutions, with over 100 offices and 5,000 employees across the US and Canada.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in commercial insurance processes, strengthen data management and documentation accuracy, enhance client-facing communication and collaboration skills, and gain experience in mid-market account servicing within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
