📋 Description

• Commercial Masonry Estimator will work with a general contractor of masonry construction operating along the Gulf Coast in the Southeast region, primarily in Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects, a civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience, and be fluent in English.
• The Commercial Masonry Estimator will complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work, provide accurate bid information and estimates for large general contractor projects, work on turnkey projects across the southeastern US, and deliver reliable, detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions.
• The Commercial Masonry Estimator will collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines and be able to work independently and deliver consistent quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects
• Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience
• Fluent in English
