Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the heartbeat of Coda’s commercial engine in Southeast Asia. As Commercial Operations Associate you will be the invisible force that keeps thousands of daily transactions, publisher integrations, and customer journeys running flawlessly across our Kuala Lumpur hub. Every ticket you close, every dataset you clean, and every report you generate directly influences revenue and partner satisfaction.
- • Be the first responder for internal requests that power global monetization. You will triage and resolve tickets covering payment-channel enablement, publisher-access configuration, and operational setting updates within agreed SLAs. Your precision ensures that a game studio in Jakarta or a fintech in Berlin never experiences downtime because of a missed toggle or an outdated rule.
- • Craft and broadcast critical publisher communications in both Mandarin and English. From announcing the launch of a new e-wallet in Vietnam to pausing a channel for regulatory changes in Brazil, your clear, concise bulk emails keep more than 1,200 partners aligned and confident in Coda’s reliability.
- • Champion the customer voice at scale. You will handle inbound inquiries that arrive via Zendesk, chat, and email, applying standard operating procedures to deliver first-contact resolution for 70 %+ of cases. When edge issues arise—think tax-calculation anomalies or region-specific compliance questions—you will escalate with full context so specialized teams can solve fast.
- • Maintain the single source of truth across Google Sheets, HubSpot, and internal BI dashboards. You will audit publisher records, map new SKUs to the correct revenue codes, and ensure that every CRM field is complete and consistent so that sales leadership can forecast accurately and finance can close the books on time.
- • Build and refine HubSpot workflows that automate lead assignment, renewal reminders, and performance alerts. Your automations will cut manual work by hours each week and give account managers real-time visibility into pipeline health.
- • Generate weekly and monthly financial and operational reports that surface trends in payment-method uptake, publisher churn, and geographic revenue shifts. You will translate raw numbers into actionable insights, flagging anomalies before they become problems and highlighting opportunities for cross-sell or upsell.
- • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Compliance teams across Singapore, Amsterdam, and Shanghai time zones. You will join daily stand-ups, present findings, and co-design process improvements that reduce friction and accelerate growth.
- • Drive continuous improvement by documenting new SOPs, updating internal knowledge bases, and running post-mortems on any service disruption. Your curiosity and attention to detail will raise the bar for operational excellence throughout the region.
- • Grow within a meritocratic, feedback-rich culture. Within 12–18 months, high performers often step into Senior Associate or Revenue Operations Analyst roles, owning larger datasets and leading cross-functional projects that shape Coda’s next phase of expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to craft precise partner communications and collaborate across APAC and EMEA
- • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or revenue operations within a SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environment
- • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, and Zendesk; comfort manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets or Excel
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- • Exceptional attention to detail—every configuration change you make can impact global revenue
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fast-track career progression: clear path to Senior Associate or Revenue Operations Analyst within 12–18 months based on merit
- • Hybrid work model from our modern Kuala Lumpur hub with flexibility to work from home two days per week
- • Regional exposure: daily collaboration with colleagues in Singapore, Amsterdam, and Shanghai, plus quarterly travel opportunities
- • Competitive compensation package including performance bonus and stock options
