• • As a District Manager for Swarovski’s West Coast Outlets, you will lead and inspire retail teams to achieve sustainable sales performance and profitability targets while upholding the brand’s legacy of crystal craftsmanship and innovation. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional consumer experience across all touchpoints in the Dallas or Houston area.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing sales performance, implementing annual store plans with fiscal and tactical integrity, updating and maintaining operational processes, securing retention of high performers, monitoring customer satisfaction through feedback systems, and providing actionable insights to global teams to drive continuous improvement.
