• • Senior Operations Associate at Eucalyptus Inc. plays a critical role in scaling the company’s mission to make good health last a lifetime by driving operational excellence across the end-to-end patient care model. This role is pivotal in transforming insights into action to improve patient outcomes, engagement, and lifetime value within Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs.
• • Day to day, the Senior Operations Associate will identify high-impact opportunities across the care model, redesign patient journeys using data and empathy, lead cross-functional initiatives with growth, engineering, and content teams, define and track key performance metrics, and build scalable systems and workflows to reduce bottlenecks and support sustainable growth while maintaining high-quality patient experiences.
