📋 Description
- • As a Commercial Operations Coordinator at KAYAK (part of Booking Holdings), you will support global business activities and scale internal processes within the Operations team, playing a key role in improving commercial performance and partner relationships across travel verticals.
- • You will streamline workflows for Account Owners by maintaining data accuracy, improving processes, managing internal documentation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams.
- • You will join a innovative, data-driven travel company with a startup spirit and global reach, where employees are empowered to make an impact across brands like KAYAK, momondo, Cheapflights, and HotelsCombined.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in commercial operations, data-informed decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining hands-on experience with internal systems and emerging technologies like LLMs.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, account support, sales/business development enablement, or related roles
- • Comfort working with data to understand problems and communicate findings clearly
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to translate complex processes for technical and non-technical audiences
