📋 Description
- • The Commercial Operations Coordinator at KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, supports global business activities and scales internal processes to strengthen commercial performance and partner relationships across airline, hotel, car, and vacation clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves streamlining workflows for Account Owners, maintaining data accuracy, improving internal documentation, providing system guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Engineering, Legal, Finance), supporting tool rollouts, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- • The team operates within KAYAK’s global Operations function, supporting a portfolio of metasearch brands including momondo, Cheapflights, and HotelsCombined, with a focus on innovation and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in commercial operations, gain hands-on experience with internal systems and cross-functional collaboration, build data communication skills, and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and commercial outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, account support, sales/business development enablement, or related roles
- • Comfort working with data to understand problems and communicate findings clearly
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to translate complex processes into accessible guidance
