- • As a Commercial Operations Intern at AMBOSS Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the US Roadshow Team during the company’s peak sales season from mid-June to the end of September, directly contributing to the mission of empowering medical students and clinicians through innovative learning tools. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial operations within a fast-paced, mission-driven health education company that values collaboration, experimentation, and impact.
- • You will drive seamless execution of all pre- and post-event logistics to ensure the success of AMBOSS’s Roadshow initiatives, including coordinating event setup, managing timelines, and troubleshooting operational challenges to maintain high standards of delivery and attendee experience.
- • You will expand AMBOSS’s campus presence by activating student communities and leveraging digital channels to increase awareness and engagement, working closely with marketing and campus ambassador programs to tailor outreach efforts to diverse medical student populations.
- • You will strengthen on-campus visibility by ensuring smooth communication, managing materials inventory, and overseeing the packaging and shipping of merchandise and educational kits to partner institutions and student groups across the United States.
- • You will own inbound lead management and sponsorship coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from schools, student organizations, and potential partners, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- • You will act as the operational bridge between the Roadshow and Marketing teams, localizing campaigns, aligning performance tracking, and supporting cohesive social media strategy execution to maximize reach and conversion during the sales season.
- • You will build and maintain scalable operational systems, including sign-up portals, online shops, access code distribution, and cohort tracking mechanisms, to support data-driven decision-making and long-term operational efficiency.
- • You will join a collaborative, energetic, and empathetic team at AMBOSS where open communication and experimentation are encouraged, providing a supportive environment for professional growth and personal development.
- • You will have the opportunity to be mentored by the Account Manager team, gaining valuable insights into sales operations, customer relationship management, and healthcare education strategy while developing transferable skills in project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • High level of organizational and detail-oriented abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, or Google Sheets is a plus
- • Demonstrated hunger for impact and a growth mindset
