- • As a Commercial Partnerships lead, you will be instrumental in introducing Tandem's groundbreaking clinician copilot platform to both public and private healthcare sectors across the UK and Ireland. Your primary objective will be to conquer new markets by building strong relationships and driving adoption of our intuitive medical notes and workflow solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payors, providers, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system suppliers.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and delivering persuasive pitches to potential clients. A significant part of your role will involve managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to closing commercial deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently win new business and establish Tandem Health as a trusted partner within the healthcare community.
- • Beyond securing new partnerships, you will also contribute to the growth and success of our customer base by helping to build and nurture the local customer success team. This involves ensuring new customers are effectively onboarded, fully engage with the Tandem platform, and experience ongoing value and satisfaction. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing the benefits our platform offers to clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- • A key aspect of this role is to act as a bridge between the market and our product development team. You will be expected to develop and maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the UK and Irish healthcare markets, including competitor offerings and Tandem's unique differentiators. This market intelligence will be vital in informing product strategy and ensuring our clinician copilot remains optimal and highly relevant for your target markets. You will actively contribute to product development discussions, advocating for market-specific needs and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SaaS products to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies within the UK and Ireland.
- • Proven track record of winning new business in both private and public healthcare sectors.
- • Strong understanding of the UK and Irish health ecosystem, including key stakeholders, payors, providers, and EHR system suppliers.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals and deliver impactful pitches.
- • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
