  • • Lead enterprise account expansion and growth in Japan through a partner-led sales model, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises
  • • Identify and cultivate upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers to drive revenue growth
  • • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Renewals, and Partner teams to align on account strategies and execution
  • • Co-develop strategic account plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and external channel partners
  • • Work closely with BDRs and partners to generate new business opportunities and expand pipeline
  • • Manage and forecast sales pipelines using Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with UiPath’s sales methodology
  • • Apply UiPath’s MEDDPICC sales framework to qualify opportunities, assess decision-making criteria, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • • Maintain consistent communication and coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful deal closures
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • • Leverage deep understanding of AI and automation trends to articulate UiPath’s Agentic Automation vision and value proposition to prospects and clients
  • • Participate in weekly team meetings and regular one-on-one sessions to review performance, align on priorities, and receive coaching
  • • Adhere to UiPath’s hybrid work model with mandatory in-office attendance on Mondays and recommended office attendance two days per week
  • • Contribute to regional growth initiatives as UiPath elevates Japan to a strategic global hub for solution development and innovation
  • • Stay current on industry developments in automation, RPA, and AI agent technologies to effectively position UiPath’s offerings in the market
  • • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in navigating fast-paced, evolving sales environments and adapting to customer needs
  • • Embrace UiPath’s culture of generosity, authenticity, and collective growth while driving commercial success

🎯 Requirements

  • • IT industry sales experience
  • • Ability to communicate across departments and functions
  • • Strong time management skills
  • • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • • Interest in Automation First / AI adoption
