- • As a Commercial Solutions Engineer at Kong Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by helping customers understand the value of the Kong API Management platform, acting as a technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will support field sales in customer engagements, understand and establish customer requirements, lead proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, coordinate with product and engineering teams to address technical needs, and create technical documentation for DevOps and implementation services.
- • You will join a fast-paced, innovative team at Kong Inc., a leader in API and AI connectivity technologies, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and startups to power secure, scalable, and intelligent API and AI workflows through its Kong Konnect platform.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in API management, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise sales processes while developing strong cross-functional collaboration skills and gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI and API infrastructure solutions.
