• • The Commercial Specialist at Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, drives business development and growth in the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors, focusing on Pall Medical OEM solutions across Europe. This role is pivotal in accelerating scientific innovation by connecting advanced technologies with customers engaged in life-saving research, vaccine development, and cell and gene therapies.
• • Day to day, the Specialist builds and strengthens customer relationships, acquires new business, and develops targeted sales strategies to exceed targets while managing the full sales cycle and preparing accurate forecasts. They cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, represent the company at industry events, deliver training, and engage with technical stakeholders in formulation, chemistry manufacturing, clinical development, regulatory, and stability teams to demonstrate technical credibility.
• • The Pall Medical OEM Sales team operates within Cytiva’s mission to transform human health, leveraging Danaher’s Business System for continuous improvement. The role is fully remote, covering all European countries, and reports to the Pall Medical OEM EMEA Sales Leader, fostering a culture of belonging where diverse viewpoints drive tangible impact.
• • In this role, the Specialist will deepen expertise in drug development processes, particularly Monoclonal Antibodies, refine commercial strategies through regulatory insight translation (FDA, EMA, PMDA), and grow as a trusted advisor to biotech and pharma organizations. They will mentor peers, influence complex, long-term sales cycles, and contribute to sustainable, life-changing innovations in healthcare.
