📋 Description

• Assist in driving large cross-functional strategic projects through analysis of operational efficiency and unlocking growth through data-backed solutions.
• Become a subject-matter expert on Deliveroo operations, especially restaurant operations.
• Conduct data analyses and deep-dives to support the commercial strategy and sales teams' performance.
• Create, roll out, and own processes and tools to improve internal efficiency.
• Serve as the link between HQ and the local team, involving strong exposure on new projects initiation and new product developments.
• Collaborate with other markets to share knowledge and best practices.
• Influence commercial stakeholders and partners to provide best-in-class operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, business insights, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• An interest in the food and/or retail industry is a plus.
• An ability to understand incrementally and cause/effect.
• Strong business acumen and an ability to prioritize projects.
• Good execution skills, as you will put your analysis into execution.
• Ability to collaborate with teams of wildly different skills.
• Inquisitive and happy to question the status-quo.
• Resilience and an ability to adapt to an ever-evolving market and product.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, or English.
