- • Serve as a Commis di Sala (Junior Waiter) in a luxury Mediterranean-inspired residence, delivering exceptional guest service aligned with Aethos Sardinia’s standards of elegance and refined hospitality.
- • Assist senior staff in all front-of-house operations including table setting, beverage service, food presentation, and guest seating according to established protocols.
- • Maintain impeccable knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to provide informed recommendations and answer guest inquiries with confidence and courtesy.
- • Ensure all dining areas are prepared to the highest standard prior to service, including cleanliness, linen quality, glassware polish, and ambient lighting.
- • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow, accurate order transmission, and timely delivery of meals and beverages.
- • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, or special accommodations with a solution-oriented mindset and empathetic communication.
- • Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all service areas, adhering to local health regulations and Aethos’ sustainability-driven operational policies.
- • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that reflects Aethos’ philosophy of respite, wellbeing, and freedom from modern stress.
- • Participate in daily briefings, team huddles, and ongoing training sessions to refine service techniques and deepen understanding of Aethos’ unique hospitality ethos.
- • Represent Aethos Sardinia with professionalism and enthusiasm during peak service hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
- • Maintain awareness of guest preferences and feedback, contributing insights to improve the overall guest experience.
- • Support the team in maintaining inventory of service supplies, reporting shortages, and assisting with restocking as needed.
- • Embrace Aethos’ community-driven culture by actively engaging with colleagues and contributing positively to the workplace environment.
- • Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, high-end hospitality setting where attention to detail and personal accountability are paramount.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience as a Commis di Sala or junior waiter in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- • Fluent in Italian; additional proficiency in English is required
- • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure service conditions
- • Strong understanding of table service etiquette and wine service basics
- • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies
