• As the Communications Director at Elevation Capital Management, LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's overarching communications and public affairs strategy. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement integrated campaigns that enhance brand reputation, manage stakeholder perceptions, and support critical business objectives. You will be the architect of our narrative, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all internal and external channels.
• Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of communications, from proactive message development and media engagement to the meticulous management of reactive communications and high-priority issues. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including commercial, public affairs, and government affairs teams, as well as external agencies, fostering strong collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals.
• A key aspect of this role involves crafting compelling narratives and securing strategic media coverage. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing persuasive content, and ensuring that our brand story resonates with target audiences. This includes authoring high-visibility communications assets such as press releases, executive talking points, statements, Q&A documents, speeches, op-eds, and comprehensive briefing materials.
• In a dynamic and often regulated environment, managing crisis communications is paramount. You will proactively anticipate potential risks, monitor public sentiment, and develop robust response plans. During sensitive or urgent situations, you will coordinate real-time communications with disciplined judgment, safeguarding the company's reputation and ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
• You will also play a crucial role in shaping and stewarding the company's narrative across owned digital platforms, social media, and thought leadership initiatives. 🎯 Requirements

• Experience in CPG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries, demonstrating a clear understanding of compliance considerations, reputational risk, and stakeholder sensitivity.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies that influence public perception, support business objectives, and deliver measurable results.
• Director-level experience with full ownership of communications initiatives, including strategy development, cross-functional alignment, execution oversight, and performance accountability.
• Demonstrated expertise in media relations and narrative development, including crafting compelling messaging, preparing spokespeople, and driving earned media outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency with communications and media monitoring tools (e.g., Cision or comparable platforms), with the ability to analyze sentiment, measure impact, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
