- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-channel communication campaigns that reach 3 million+ investors on India’s fastest-growing fixed-income platform. You will translate business goals into crisp, data-driven narratives delivered via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and emerging channels, ensuring every rupee of marketing spend drives measurable growth.
- • Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the Business Head and product, growth, and compliance teams to identify high-impact initiatives—whether launching a new 7-year AAA bond, reviving dormant FD savers, or onboarding first-time mutual-fund investors—and turn them into quarterly campaign roadmaps with clear OKRs.
- • Architect campaigns in MoEngage and Clevertap from scratch: build event-based triggers, craft dynamic user journeys, set up frequency caps, and configure conversion goals so that every message lands at the right micro-moment in a customer’s financial life.
- • Slice and dice 30-lakh-user data to build granular cohorts—risk-averse retirees, young salaried professionals, HNIs seeking tax-free bonds—then personalize offers, tone, and channel mix to lift CTRs, reduce CAC, and grow LTV.
- • Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, send-times, creative formats, and CTAs; interpret statistical significance within 48 hours and roll winning variants to 100% audiences, documenting learnings in an internal playbook.
- • Monitor real-time dashboards for delivery, open, click, conversion, and revenue metrics; surface anomalies (drop in SMS delivery rates, spike in unsubscribes) and orchestrate rapid response with engineering and delivery partners.
- • Coordinate cross-category calendars so FD, bond, credit-card, and mutual-fund campaigns never cannibalize each other; maintain a living content matrix that maps every product to persona, risk profile, and regulatory disclaimer.
- • Partner with legal and compliance to ensure every communication adheres to SEBI, RBI, and TRAI guidelines—especially for credit-card and bond communications—while still sounding human, helpful, and distinctly “Stable Money.”
- • Build reusable HTML/CSS email templates that render flawlessly on Gmail, Outlook, and mobile clients; maintain a component library so new campaigns can be spun up in hours, not days.
- • Champion the brand voice across all touchpoints—push notifications, in-app banners, landing pages—ensuring consistency, empathy, and clarity for both Hindi and English-speaking users.
- • Mentor junior associates on cohort analysis, SQL, and storytelling with data, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- • Present weekly performance reviews to the leadership team, translating complex funnel metrics into concise stories that influence budget allocation and product roadmap priorities.
- • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging channels—RCS, WhatsApp Flows, AMP for Email—and pilot beta programs that position Stable Money as an innovator in conversational finance.
- • Ultimately, you will be the bridge between customer insight and business growth, turning every message into a trust-building moment that helps Indians save smarter and safer.
