📋 Description

• As Communications Manager at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will shape how the world perceives the company during a pivotal moment in on-chain finance, directly influencing its reputation with customers, regulators, and partners through strategic media and thought leadership initiatives.
• You will manage day-to-day PR agency operations, secure tier-one media coverage, drive digital PR and AI/LLM visibility strategies, develop executive LinkedIn and thought leadership programs, oversee analyst and industry relations, support government affairs coordination, and assist with ad hoc communications projects including crisis response and major announcements.
• Elliptic is a fast-moving, AI-native scale-up that recently closed a $120M Series D funding round, operating at the forefront of institutional adoption of blockchain technology with a focus on compliance, regulatory intelligence, and on-chain finance solutions.
• In this role, you will build market-leading communications programs from a strong foundation, establish measurable baselines across PR and executive visibility, land structured analyst briefings with top-tier contacts, cultivate distinct executive voices on LinkedIn, and gain hands-on experience influencing regulatory and market perception in a dynamic global environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Operated in hands-on media relations roles across global markets
• Demonstrable track record of securing tier-one coverage in financial, technology, and/or regulatory press
• PR agency background with understanding of how to brief, manage, and get the most from agencies
• Proven experience developing and managing LinkedIn content programmes for senior executives, including ghostwriting, voice capture, and editorial cadence
• Understanding of how digital PR influences SEO and LLM visibility, with practical application of GEO/LLM concepts in B2B PR
• Background in fintech, regtech, compliance, financial services, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
• Exceptional written English with ability to distil complex technical or regulatory content into clear, compelling narratives
• Confident stakeholder management, including briefing and advising C-suite executives and aligning cross-functional teams
