📋 Description

• Develop and execute creative communication strategies to solve client problems and shift perceptions.
• Lead communication projects and manage client relationships using change management and consulting expertise.
• Guide internal teams of content developers, designers, project managers, and technical experts.
• Support business development and practice growth initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants.
• Build cohesive, high-impact teams by leveraging colleague skills and talents.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Create proposals and advance sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated creativity and HR/benefits expertise.
• Comfortable engaging with and presenting to clients; collaborate efficiently with all stakeholders.
• Ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials for diverse audiences and media.
• Assimilate source materials from subject matter experts to create strategic recommendations and content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; understand role on project/team while adding value.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading, and/or managing people.
• Accountable for assignments/projects to ensure delivery with excellence and profitability.
• Partner with subject matter experts from other lines of business; learn and apply new technologies and software fluency, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with demonstrated presentation, business development, and selling skills.
