- • This freelance Communications Specialist - AI Trainer role is pivotal in bridging human expertise with artificial intelligence, ensuring that next-generation AI models understand and apply authentic communication strategies with precision and real-world relevance. As a specialist based in the EU or UK, you will directly influence how AI systems interpret messaging, tone, and strategic intent across diverse contexts, making your contribution foundational to the development of trustworthy, context-aware AI.
- • Day to day, you will review and refine AI-generated outputs related to internal and external communications, messaging frameworks, and practical communications work; evaluate AI responses for clarity, tone, alignment, and compliance with real-world professional standards; draft realistic communications scenarios grounded in your direct professional experience; create scenario variations from multiple perspectives—including communications specialist, client, stakeholder, and audience—to test AI robustness; and identify gaps, oversights, or weak messaging in AI-generated content to improve its accuracy and applicability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level communications specialist or strategist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- • Proven expertise in advising on, developing, and executing communications strategies, messages, and campaigns across multiple channels
- • Strong ability to evaluate content for clarity, tone, alignment, and compliance with real-world communications standards
- • Comfortable working independently and delivering structured, critical feedback in a remote, asynchronous environment
- • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to task assignments
- • Fluency in English; additional EU/UK language skills are a nice-to-have
