  • • Darkroom Software, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and multi-faceted Community & Creator Marketing Manager to join our innovative team in Brazil. This pivotal role requires an individual who can seamlessly integrate community building, creator relationship management, and strategic marketing partnerships. As the connective tissue between our online brand presence and our external network, you will be instrumental in amplifying Darkroom's reach and authority.
  • • In this capacity, you will own and cultivate our community across all social channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice. You will manage the entire lifecycle of creator relationships, from initial outreach and briefing to content review, approval, and performance tracking. Furthermore, you will spearhead our marketing partnerships program, identifying and fostering collaborations with aligned brands, agencies, tools, and communities to drive mutual growth and expand our market influence.
  • • Your responsibilities will span across three key pillars: Creator Management, Marketing Partnerships & Content Programs, and Community Management. Within Creator Management, you will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with content creators, UGC producers, and influencers across various industry verticals. This includes identifying new talent, coordinating content creation and repurposing, and maintaining a robust creator CRM to ensure all relationships are well-organized and actively managed.
  • • For Marketing Partnerships, Events & Content Programs, you will develop and manage a pipeline of co-marketing opportunities. This involves sourcing and coordinating guests and collaborators for our webinars, podcasts, and live events, as well as project-managing the entire event calendar from conception to execution and follow-up. You will also support the production and distribution of co-branded content, such as guides and gated assets, and help develop affiliate and referral programs to enhance our inbound lead generation.
  • • In terms of Community Management, you will be the primary point of contact for engagement across Darkroom's social media platforms, including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will respond to comments and messages, monitor social sentiment, identify emerging trends and opportunities, and collaborate closely with our content writer to ensure campaign effectiveness. A key aspect of this role will be tracking community health metrics and reporting on performance to inform future strategies.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess agency experience and a deep understanding of how content and distribution strategies intersect. You should be a proactive self-starter, capable of moving with conviction and initiative without requiring constant direction. Your ability to operate intelligently across diverse responsibilities and to build and maintain strong networks will be crucial for success.
